Return & Refund Policy

At booksocialclub.com, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because our products are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.


Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.

All items are made to order based on your selected options (such as size, color, and design). For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections made by the customer.
  • We only accept returns or replacements if the issue is caused by our error.

If there is a mistake on our side (wrong item, defective product, or printing issue), we will:

  • Request photo proof for verification
  • Offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Refund Eligibility

We accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • Your order is lost due to our shipping issue
  • You received the wrong item or an incorrect design
  • The product is damaged, defective, faded, or missing parts
  • The product is significantly different from what was described
  • Your cancellation request was missed within 24 hours of placing the order

We do not accept refund or return requests if:

  • The order was lost due to the incorrect address provided by the customer
  • The item is not damaged, but you changed your mind
  • The product was damaged due to misuse by the customer

Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card

How to Request a Refund

To process your request, please contact us at: support@booksocialclub.com

Include the following information:

  • Your order confirmation or receipt (or reply to your order email)
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

⚠️ Please do not return any items before contacting us and receiving confirmation.


Return Process (If Approved)

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions on where to send the item
  • If the issue is our fault, we will cover the return shipping cost

Please allow:

  • Up to 7 days for inspection after we receive the item

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your provider:
    • Credit cards: may take up to 15 days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
