Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

- If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.
- After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order, as it may already be in production or sent to our manufacturing team.
Please allow up to 24 hours for our support team to respond to your request.
If your cancellation request was sent within the 24-hour window but was missed by us and your order was still processed, we will take full responsibility and offer a refund. In such cases, you may be required to return the item.
Order Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, exchanges are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be in production, and changes may no longer be possible.
